Weather & Yard Sign Setup Policy

Installation Requirements
Proper yard and weather conditions are essential for a safe and successful yard‑sign installation. These guidelines protect your property, our materials, and the quality of your display.

Yard Preparation
• The yard must be watered heavily the day before installation so the soil is soft enough for stakes to be placed securely.
• Soil that is dry, compacted, or too hard can cause stakes to bend or break and may damage your lawn.
• If we arrive and the soil is not properly prepared, we may be unable to install the display safely.

Soil‑Related Cancellation Fee
• If installation cannot be completed due to dry or unprepared soil, a $20 travel fee will be deducted from your refund to cover time and transportation.

Weather Conditions
• If sustained winds or gusts exceed 10 mph, we cannot guarantee the stability or appearance of your display.
• If winds are above 10 mph at the time of installation, we will not set up the display.
• In this situation, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled installation.
• If winds exceed 10 mph after installation, we are not responsible for shifting, falling, or early removal caused by weather.

Customer Responsibilities
• Water the yard thoroughly the day before installation.
• Ensure the installation area is free of pets, obstacles, and hazards.
• Inform us of sprinkler systems, underground utilities, or restricted areas.

Our Commitment
• We install each display with care and attention to safety.
• We will communicate promptly if weather or soil conditions prevent installation.
• We will offer a reschedule or refund (minus the travel fee when applicable) when conditions make setup unsafe.
